Lemon Peel Garlic Crust Cod Fish

Organic Quick Meal
Salt free dish, low glycemic index, great for diabetics!

1 1/2 Lbs. Cod Fish
4 Tbsp Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Organic Minced Garlic
4 Tbsp Organic Honey (Drizzle on top right before serving)

Directions:
* Pre-heat Oven to 350 Degrees
* Spray or place thin layer of extra virgin olive oil
* Place Cod in dish
* Sprinkle Lemon Peel over fish (Dried or Fresh)
* Pour Lemon Juice over fish
* Spray or brush thin layer of olive oil onto fish
* Cover fish with minced garlic
* Bake 20 to 25 minutes depending on thickness of fish.
* Place Cod onto serving plates then drizzle honey over garlic crusted fish and a little over onto plate for presentation.
