Honey Ginger Chicken

Salt free dish, great for diabetics!

¼ Cup Ginger Grated
¾ Tsp Herbs De Providence
¼ Cup Flour
1 ½ Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 Tsp Olive Oil
¼ Cup Honey

Directions:
1. Combine Ginger, Herbs, in medium bowl. Place Flour on plate or paper on counter. Dip chicken in Oat flour until coated.
2. Pre-heat Large Skillet on Medium High 2-3 Minutes. Place Oil in pan then Swirl to coat. Add Chicken and Cook 3-4 Minutes on Each Side or Until golden Brown.
3. Reduce Heat to Medium, Cover and Cook 5-7 Minutes.
4. Slice Chicken and Drizzle with Honey then Serve.
