
~ Grilled Sweet Salmon ~
A Quick Non-Fat Meal, salt free
1 1/2 Lbs. Wild Sockeye Salmon Preferred
Agave Nectar (Found in Health Stores) Low Glycemic Index
French Sweet Basil (Penzeys Spices.com)
Directions
Place Salmon onto preheated indoor or outdoor grill at 400 degrees for 5 minutes.
Place grilled salmon onto each dinner plate
Heavily drizzle Agave Nectar over salmon, for decoration and extra flavoring drizzle over plate on each side of fish.
Sprinkle French Sweet Basil onto salmon to taste.
Serve warm.
Hint: French Sweet Basil smells and tastes much sweeter than California Basil. Penzeys Spices sells both and can be ordered online if you do not live nearby one of their retail stores. Treat yourself to one or both or both of these herbs. (Serves 4)
